Trance Healing works on all level, mind, body, spirit. The Healer is not actively involved in the healing process, ie, moves out of the way, so that the flow and intensity of the energy is the full force of that which is available from spirit, through the medium, in line with what the healee needs .It is a great way to release discordant energy, and receive guidance and insight from spirit .

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AN ONLINE HEALING SESSION.

There will be a short discussion to set your intentions for your healing prior to beginning .You may wish to lie down or sit up comfortably .You will need to be able to hear the communication offered, you will be invited to take a breath to center yourself.

I will energetically connect to you ,you will feel my energy initially and then the energy and power of my guides as I connect them to you .The energy that I connect to is named Alexander ,he is the Healing aspect of Source that I blend with , I will move my awareness , shift my perception and enter into a deep trance state. Whilst I am in trance Alexander will facilitate the healing that is required and is the main spokesperson for the healing intelligence (beings and guides) that work with me. Alexander may speak directly to you ,sharing aspects of the healing , offering you guidance , words of comfort and support ,or sometimes an ancestor will speak directly to you to assist in your healing.

The session will close after a quick check in with you and a guided grounding process.
